At UnitedTech Deals, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions.Return EligibilityWe accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To qualify, returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all included accessories.
- Opened or used products may be subject to inspection and a restocking fee of up to 25% of the product price.
- Products damaged due to misuse or missing accessories may not be eligible for a refund.
Return WindowYou may request a return within 15 days of delivery. All return requests must be authorized by our support team before shipping items back.How to Return a ProductAll returns are handled by mail. Please contact our support team at info@unitedtechdeals.com with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RMA). We’ll provide shipping instructions once your return is approved.Return Shipping Labels
- If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, UnitedTech Deals will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
- If you’re returning an item for any other reason (such as ordering by mistake or changing your mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fees
- Unopened returns (buyer’s remorse): 10–15% restocking fee
- Opened or used items: Up to 25% restocking fee
- Defective or incorrect items: No restocking fee
RefundsOnce your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.ExchangesWe offer exchanges for the same or an equivalent item if available.
